At Sealed With a Kay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return some items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Some items, such as personalized products (Personalised gif boxes. Cards and gift bags), are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Contact our customer service team at info@sealedwithakay.com to initiate a return.
  • Pack the item securely and these items will be picked up by courier services.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
